We offer a wide variety of physiotherapy treatments. In addition to chiropractic adjustments, traction, patients are given the most effective care to rehabilitate their injuries.

Postural correction exercises - mirror image exercises are prescribed after the doctor does a thorough postural analysis, that is supported by X-ray then applied to correct your posture.

ART (Active Release Technique) - Active Release Technique is used to treat muscle, tendon, ligament, and nerve problems that have become weaker due to continuous strain, helping release scar tissue and painful knots in your muslces.

Cryotherapy (Ice)-  Used to decrease the metabolism of your cells. Decreasing the metabolism of your cells decreases inflammation, pain, and spasm. The cold temperatures slow down the cell activity in the inflammed area as well as slowing down the nerve conduction, or heat transfer. Cryotherapy is also an analgesic, as it numbs the area when applied properly, and used to relieve pain in new injuries usually resulting from car accidents, slips and falls.

Moist Heat Therapy - Increases circulation, provides natural pain relief. Feels good too.

Intersegmental Traction – Used to relieve pain, Stretch spinal joints, stretch the ligaments, tendons, muscles and all associated soft tissue. Decrease pressure, improve range of motion, improve circulation, making it easier to regain full movement. Traction is used to relieve spinal pain, restore the spine closer to normal alignment and to reduce the occurrences of pain and stiffness in the future.

Interferential Muscle Stimulation Therapy - Electrical stimulation designed primarily for pain management, which is TENS on steroids so to speak. It creates a local cellular response creating natural pain killers in the body. This puts your endorphins, the body’s natural pain relievers into action. Your endorphins help relax strained muscles and heal soft-tissue. Interferential Electrical Muscle Stimulation is most often used to treat muscular spasms and strains from car accidents and chronic pain.

Cold Laser Therapy - Used to treat neck pain, arthritis in the bones, and tendonitis. Cold Laser Therapy uses low-level lasers to stimulate cell function. This stimulation increases the rate of healing by producing more ATP, which is the cells energy source. Cold Laser Therapy speeds up the healing process, reduces healing time, leading to a speedy recovery.
